$50 Nonrefundable Booking Fee

A $50 nonrefundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. The booking fee is separate from the listed service price and helps cover travel, fuel, materials and scheduling.

I understand that the $99 Express Detail is a prepaid service and that my appointment will not be reserved or confirmed until the complete required payment is sent through Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay to (813) 635-6160.

I understand that the full agreed service price must be paid when Fred’s Mobile Detailing arrives and before any work begins. Service will not begin until payment is received.

Payment Upon Arrival — No Exceptions. The agreed price cannot be reduced or renegotiated after arrival or after the service is completed. Any additional work must be approved and paid for separately.

NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By checking this box and submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree that ALL PAYMENTS TO FRED’S MOBILE CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING LLC ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once payment is received, no refund will be issued if I cancel my appointment, change my mind, decide not to proceed with the service, fail to appear, fail to make the vehicle available at the scheduled appointment, refuse service after our technician arrives, or otherwise choose not to receive the scheduled service.

I understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle me to a refund. I agree not to knowingly initiate a false, fraudulent, or materially misleading chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate payment that I authorized.

If a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback, payment dispute, or collection matter requires Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC to pursue collection or legal remedies, I understand that I may be responsible for the unpaid balance plus reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees to the extent permitted by the agreement and applicable Florida law.

Nothing in this agreement waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable Florida or federal law.

What happens if it rains on my mobile detailing appointment?

Rain does not automatically cancel every appointment. Whether service can continue depends on the scheduled work, actual weather conditions and the available work area. Interior services may sometimes proceed when conditions allow, while exterior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating generally require suitable dry conditions.
